eWayDirect has a talented and experienced team of managers with strong backgrounds in building and managing successful business operations.

Neil Rosen founded the company in 2000. Mr. Rosen has successfully built and sold a number of companies, including an Internet start-up company, before founding eWayDirect. Based on that success he brought a team of experienced people with him to begin the new company.

Jim Goodwin joined the team as CEO in 2002. Goodwin is an experienced marketing and business manager having spent 23 years with Procter & Gamble where he achieved the position of Vice President Sales. Goodwin left P&G; in 1991. He was President for the North American Consumer Products Business for Fort James Corp. (a $3billion operating division) before leaving in 1999.

Bill Welch is our Director of Technology. He brings with him many years of experience in software development and system management for the military, Wall Street, and Internet startups.

Tina Carlos, VP Operations - Tina is responsible for the company's client support and the management of the operational functions. Prior to joining eWayDirect, Tina held the position of Vice President of Finance for Homefair.com and previously as senior audit supervisor with Ernst & Young. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Bridgeport.

Dina Bagley, Manager, Customer Relations, has worked with Mr. Rosen in the same position at a number of previous companies. She brings strong skills and total dedication to making sure our customers execute the most successful e-marketing strategies possible.
